Please follow our onboarding instructions below to access the new Backoffice:
1. Go to this link https://my.thinkmelius.com/forgotpassword
2. Type in your email address and click "SUBMIT". You will receive an email confirmation from MELiUS Team
3. Go to your mail inbox and click on the link received. You will be redirected to the reset-password page.
4. Type in your new password and confirm your password. Click "RESET PASSWORD"
Once confirmed, you can now proceed to our new Backoffice site https://my.thinkmelius.com
5. Type in your username and new password then click "Sign In"
6. Fill up the form to update your personal information - especially the required fields
- Continue to fill up the rest of the form:
7. Click "SUBMIT"
* For MELiUS customer or BP (Independent Brand Promoter) without a subscription and/or IBP Kit, upon your first sign-in attempt you will get the message below:
1. Click "Activate Subscription" to redirect you to the shop site
2. Select one of the current packages - iGoLearn (Education) and/or iGoLuxe (Travel); Bronze, Silver or Gold
3. Click "Get Started" to purchase and activate your account.
4. You should see the package you chose and click "Checkout"
* If you want to modify your order, click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
* If you have a valid coupon code for discount you can use it by typing the code in the text field "Apply coupon code."
NOTE: For existing customers (BP or Customer type) you will be redirected to the shop site's billing page.
5. Fill out the required fields and write down your password
6. Scroll down, select your preferred payment method and click "Place Order" or "Pay with Bitpay"
7. You will receive a Thank you page after completing your payment and an email confirmation from MELiUS team.
* Thank you page have the options to the following:
- Access Service - To contact MELiUS Support team
- Go to Backoffice - Redirect you to our new backoffice
- Go to My Account - Shop Site's My Account Page

7. Type in your Username and Password
8. Welcome to your new Backoffice.
* For IBP with package but without an IBP license kit, when you try to log in to the new Backoffice, you receive the message below:
1. Click "Activate IBP Kit" to redirect you to the shop site and purchase IBP License Kit
2. If the "Activate IBP Kit" is not working please copy link below to purchase IBP Kit
2. Select Brand Promoter Kit and click add to cart
3. Fill out the required fields and complete your payment process
4. You will receive a Thank you page and email confirmation.
5. Click "Go to Backoffice" to log in to the new Backoffice site
